Nope! Liquid lyrics are lyrics that can be adapted to musical interpretation.

 

Traditionally a song is composed from the music out, with lyrics being developed in conjunction with the chords and time signature. Liquid lyrics essentially describes the opposite procedure, when the composition of a song starts with the lyrics (lyrics out), and music is developed to accompany the time signature, mood and message of the lyrics.
